WALLET NOT SENDING FUND

Hi!
Please help me with this issue. Ever since I created my wallet, I have not been able to transfer TBC to other wallets addresses (except for the first trial). At times it says 'SENDING' but nothing happens. Few other times, it indicates that payment has been sent, but still nothing changes (no fund deposit in the receiver's account and no fund withdrawn from my own wallet). Because of this I've not been able to invest. Right now I'm like
